It does seem odd that Utility Dive would use such a file photo. I don't think they are anti-Nuke though.

Well, you can't be considered supportive using such an unprofessional photo for an article of this nature.

Perhaps, but the article is short to the point and balanced, the photo simply does not match that tone.
