When I lived north of the Mason Dixon line I might have said that. Now having lived for the last 15 years between the ridges here in Tennessee I say "Bless their Heart".

Right after I moved to TN this couple from Michigan built a mansion next to a guy who owned a pig farm. They promptly sued the pig farmer over smell and noise. The judge said you knew you were building next to a pig farm didn't you? They said yes but... The judge silenced them then found for the pig farmer and added 50k for his inconvenience. I love TN.
