Stupid
Why? The authors seem to have much better resumes than you, even if it is a little late to the table from our perspective.

Just a plain dumb article.

Who cares? I am the ONLY BWR/PWR Shift Manager qualified individual in the world and have been since 2007. In that the only one ever and the guy the NRC called the smartest son of a bitch in the industry. I aint impressed by anyone who has never been part of the staff of a commercial reactor.
Big Frog in a little pond croaking at the sharks in the ocean nearby. Operational reactors may be an end product but it is only a small part of a much bigger industry. How are your credentials on international finance and non proliferation. It is hard to have a 50,000 foot perspective from the pond. I think I will give the guys with PHDs and upper level positions since the 1980s over an operator who may be the smartest one, but still just a smart operator.

Don't you think he left his computer unlocked, and some one posted that 'for' him? It's not really his style to be that honest about his feelings. ;)
The arrogant a-hole meter just melted.
