I wouldn't consider a 60% increase in 20 years a "surge". I wouldn't consider any projection over 20 years to even be accurate. These pretenders can't even predict what is going to happen in 5 years. There are many more unexpected events that will occur that have not been considered. But, in 20 years I'll probably be dead, so it's not relevant.
So you don't consider a 60% capacity increase a surge?
since gas is growing inn use fore electric production wit accompanying greenhouse gas increase, cheep gasoline from coal is coming fast.
