Please do one more underground test at this stupid site to seal it off forever.  Politicians chose this ridiculous location for HL Rad waste storage, not scientists. Should have built it right next to WIPP or out by the Texas Compact Waste Facility.  Done -over.

Let's build a HL Storage site SW of Las Cruces, directly on the border.   The southern perimeter fence will serve two purposes and save money on surveillance and construction costs.
