That doesn't surprise me one bit. Of course the man had to have a "mental issue" for bringing up a safety concern. Large corporations use the Soviet Union Gulag style of retaliation all the time.

so WC got fined for blowing off the guy publicly, and apparently not for what happened in a containment (no details).  Interesting

A nice, long, well-written article that didn't say a darned thing about anything other than an employee had his badge restricted.
