That said, Nevada will act like they're interested and allow the Yucca money to be spent, then pull the rug out again when the site is about ready for acceptance.  Fooled me once in DC, you can fool me again.  Americans have short memories.

Budget Money report:  hiring 77 lawyers to work through the 200+ state of Nevada contentions that blocked earlier efforts.  There's a big piece of the funding....
