Title: Vanishing: More Than 1 in 4 Birds Has Disappeared in the Last 50 Years

   This article does not mention nuclear power or energy production in general but the underlying reason screams pro nuclear to someone in the industry. Loss of habitat is the primary factor in the decline in bird populations. The bird Cuisinart's not only kill large numbers of birds but alter large areas of potential habitat and generate noise to the environs bad for birds and people alike. Solar panels also displace large areas of land and in the case of solar farms torch birds in mid flight. Nuclear plants not only take up significantly less acrerage the surrounding lands are frequently a protected habitat Turkey points canals that harbor the American Crocodile and St Lucie that has a turtle refuge.
