   I don't know but MOX currently seems to be off the table. I am sure there is someone out there drooling at the prospect of monetizing it rather than burying it. Unfortunately probably not here in the US. May have a use in a fast fission reactor for research or isotope production but 139 tons???

Properly packaged, at least a few tons could be airmailed to Wuhan. Just kidding 😄🤔
