Well, actually hey did make it up. Entergy made a SpinCo back in '08 when they tried, unsuccessfully, to spin off their merchant plants.

I didn't expect to see the placeholder names in a press release, but it made sense to convey which entities would be separating and moving under the Constellation umbrella. Now if only they'd tell us what it means for our savings plans and stock options...

It was initially SpinCo and RemainCo. I thought someone on the call misspoke. So yeah, it's pretty funny.
It would really be funny if the names were real and not just placeholders.
What I find interesting is that they will return to using Constellation, a name they bought when they picked up Calvert Cliffs (originally Constellation Energy born from the old Baltimore Gas and Electric Company.)
Right around the time that BGE became Constellation Energy, Scott Adams made a Dilbert cartoon that had Dogbert create a Corporate Name Generator device that randomly selected a word from Astronomy and a word from Physics and put them together into the new Corporate Name. The name selected for Dilbert's company was 'Uranus Hertz' and someone in our office notated the cartoon with 'Second choice -- Constellation Energy.'
I think Scott Adams had a spy...
