Title: Testing
Post by: Marlin on Oct 13, 2022, 05:45
This is not specifically nuclear related, yet, but if there is a screening test developed for the psychoactive component of marijuana I wonder if plants will be willing to allow it with whatever is considered unimpaired and if they would have a choice. Just a little mental meandering.

Seems like a solution for a quick analysis for impairment is still a ways off.

The plants operate under federal regulations. If the federal government continues to ban marijuana, then the plants will be required to follow the federal law.   Even if the federal law changes to legalize marijuana, the NRC will likely give the plants at least a year to get their program in compliance.
