how do you retrograde the safety margins of current new build licensees?!?!?!

And, if you grant safety waivers for Palisades, how do you not grant the same waivers for up and coming new builds?!?!?

And, after granting the waivers, should that horrible day happen at Palisades some years out, how do you hold the private enterprise accountable but not the government that granted the waivers?!?!?!

Palisades is dead and gone, nuclear power would do well not to pursue a Lazarus Effect,......

I can't find the word "waiver" or similar in the article.  If it's been in D&D for up to a year and a half, might be more of a rebuild.
