What a messy report. I can view Figure 3.15 and ask why isn't Louisiana at the top of the thyroid exposure list. Aside from having more dairy cows in Idaho and Montana than southern western states, the wind plume data doesn't support exposures in ID/MT and probably less than other US contiguous states.
