Doesn't look good regardless.  Where's the "Empty" label?  Washed off?

well, you know, it was midshift, this barrel had been hanging out on the back dock for 2 years and was never gonna get used so, I needed a new burn barrel, and it's not like anybody ever noticed for the last three and a half years,....well, until now,....

Seems like every federal facility building in the southeast has a BBQ set on the back dock. Drum may have been for grease.
