Here we go again.  Not liquid.  Its dewatered sludge.
How does Hanford, and it's multi-billion dollar projects, not have a simple grouting process for this sludge on the Hanford Reservation.
How does Perma Fix, right on the perimeter of the Hanford site, not have this grouting process?

Maybe if Hanford had an onsite grouting process, people might see review the data and wonder why the vitrification process is being used.
