Title: Will I be granted UA with an assault DV charge that was dismissed ?
Post by: Broncos on Feb 04, 2025, 03:40
I recently received a job offer at Palo Verde nuclear site with APS.  In 2021 I was charged with a Felony assault DV. I took a deferred adjudication and completed my 3 year probation with no issues so they case was dismissed prejudice and sealed- So no Conviction. Will I be granted UA with this on my record? I'm happy to disclose any details and be 100% honest on the On boarding etc. Thanks

1. I was on vacation.
2. I'm not a security/FFD expert, I can not answer your question.

We wouldn't be able to answer this question. It's going to be up to the site reviewing official and their procedures. . The best I can offer is that there is a good amount of time that has elapsed. Bring your paperwork with you and it's possible you're going to get flagged for a psych interview.
