Title: Rick Perry-led company eyes DOE loan for massive AI project

In the back of my mind, I visualize a massive safety basis issue. Years ago, there was a plan to build nuclear powered liquid gas tankers. One of the possible accidents involved a massive tank rupture that produced a large cloud that when the cloud reached an ignition source ashore detonated with a blast similar to a small nuclear weapon. The is how the Massive Ordinance Air Blast (MOAB) works releasing explosive gas cloud that is ignited. Silly speculation and a bit of mental meandering as the plants will probably be well separated with no storage tanks on site.
