Can't access practice test

Paid for gold membership so I can take practice NUF, keeps telling me I'm not a gold member when I try to take test.

You paid by "eCheck", and the check has not arrived. PayPal has not completed the transaction yet. When it does, your account will be automatically credited.

I am a gold member but I can not take the quiz. When I click on it it does nothing.

Used c.c. today (12-16) and am unable to view quizzes. Tried one hour to load software needed, can't get it loaded. Please credit my c.c. account with refund.

Am very disappointed , feel I need quizzes.

Im a gold member a everytime I try to take the practice core , I just get a green blank screen.

Give us some information, and we can help you. Are you using a windows laptop with internet explorer? An iPad with Safari? Why can't you get the software loaded? What errors do you receive?
