Error Message

I am unable to log in through the practice test site. i keep getting an Error message that it has timed out while posting please try again. The only way I have found to log in to practice the tests is to go through log in at the forum first. I am using Photon for the flash which I can use on my Iphone. is there a special way to log in for the tests

Your internet connection is spotty (like a cell phone).  You will need to go some where with a better internet connection.
