Thanks to all that helped in recent Farley outage.  We completed full refueling outage for estimated 28.2 Rem.  The final number waiting OSLD reads and may be lower.  This is one of lowest doses ever for a refueling outage.

Wow, 28 Rem.  Congrats.  Remember back in the day?

"back in the day" we used to get more than that on S/G work.  But back then our channelheads were over 20 R/hr.  Now they are less than 500 mrem/hr.  They have been replaced but that was 12 years ago so they aren't exactly new anymore.

Somethings do improve.

I've don't a lot of outages over the years and did Farley for the first time this fall. I don't know what goes on behind closed doors but I've never been to such an efficiently run well-oiled machine.

thanks.  we don't get that kind of praise often
