Such markets are typically found in developing countries where the financial risks are greater, and where governments have tried and failed to launch nuclear power programs themselves.
That's funny, maybe they are having trouble exporting because their QC/QA standards can't be trusted. Just try to sell a component or pipe to a US Nuclear Plant that was made in China and see what say.
