There are some very good restaurant here. No chains, they all offer good food... The decor in some may be dated but the food is good.

Luxury Short Term Stay for Contractors
Built in 1900, and newly renovated from top to bottom, our wonderful fully furnished four story Victorian home is the ideal “home away from home” while contracting in Central Mississippi.  Located in downtown Vicksburg, with over 6 porches, and a beautiful view overlooking the Mississippi River, our home along with our amenities provide one of the best solutions for short term stays.

In the mornings, a continental breakfast awaits you. You’ll find cereals, muffins, juice, and coffee in our dining room.   Each weekend, enjoy a home cooked southern meal and mixer.  If you prefer to cook while staying with us, our fully equipped kitchen is available.  If you have  time to BBQ, feel free to use our grill located in our fenced courtyard.
We are not your typical option, during your stay in the area.  You get so much more than a bedroom and a bathroom.
Our reasonable rate is $75 per night.

HUGE Discounts available for those who are interested in sharing a room or a group of 8 interested in ALL ROOMS.

For Ladies Only: Have extra space available in my home for Grand Gulf lady - $600 a month in Hermanville, about six miles east of Port Gibson - maybe 15 minutes to GG.

Very private living area (bedroom and large living room), private entrance, nice porch to relax on, fenced yard if you have a dog - who will play with my mutt. Kitchen priviledges, cable hookup (though you will have to bring your own television set). Only down fall is we will have to share bath.

Great location for a day sleeper.

Email with Subject Header GG Share.
