Bernie Pad

Does anybody have any old Bernie pads? The little pocket spiral wire bound notepads the Atomic Foreman used to issue at Beaver Valley back in the other millenium?
I'm on a job in the Pittsburgh area, and lost my last one, a treasured item, which had the "new" Rad Services desk number listed on the inside front flap.
