Seriously??? We have plants being extended to 80 years and some closed prior to the anticipated lifespan. Due to economics but still premature. Shoreham never came on line.

So you are right based on your metric that only shutdowns prior to 40 count. So there is a 5% license and then a 40 year license not just permission to exceed 5%? I always thought there was a two step license for construction and one operation.
