Expected salary range of $126,900 to $141,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Manager, Advocacy Campaigns will be responsible for implementing high-impact advocacy and education campaigns that build support for Constellation’s policy and business priorities. This role focuses on executing digital and grassroots engagement efforts, managing vendors, and ensuring campaign tactics align with broader public affairs strategies.


This position is execution-focused, working alongside internal teams and external partners to mobilize stakeholders through digital advocacy, coalition engagement, and strategic outreach. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Public Affairs Campaigns and collaborates with Government Affairs & Public Policy, Communications, Marketing, and other business units.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Execute advocacy campaigns to drive engagement on key policy and business initiatives.
• Manage external vendors and agency partners to ensure high-quality campaign deliverables, including digital ads, mailers,
fact sheets, and other advocacy materials.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement efforts, working closely with trade associations, NGOs, and other allied groups to support
coalition-building and advocacy efforts.
• Monitor state and federal policy landscapes to ensure campaign efforts are aligned with legislative and regulatory
developments.
• Track and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to enhance future initiatives.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in political campaigns, public affairs, advocacy, policy communication, digital organizing,
or related fields.
• Strong project management skills with experience executing multi-channel advocacy campaigns.
• Familiarity with grassroots mobilization and digital advocacy platforms.
• An instinct for compelling narratives that drive engagement on traditional and social media..
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working on political or issue advocacy campaigns.
• Media relations experience.
• Knowledge of energy policy and politics.
• Familiarity with data-driven campaign strategies and performance measurement.
• Existing relationships with advocacy organizations, NGOs, or trade groups in the energy and environmental space.
