Expected salary range of $42,456 to $47,174, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

The Apprentice -HVAC Install will be responsible for learning the installation applications for residential HVAC equipment and products and assist experience installers with daily work-related skills in residential HVAC applications.


Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Perform entry level work independently in residential HVAC replacement, residential HVAC applications, and residential flue venting applications.
  • Assists in advanced applications of home comfort products.
  • Performs clerical duties necessary to complete job work orders.
  • Works independently or under direct supervision, applying established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Performs assigned job duties, including clerical tasks, as directed by lead technicians.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in residential HVAC installations for residential applications
  • Knowledge of PVC, duct work, copper, and gas piping installations
  • Active Maryland State HVAC Apprenticeship License
  • Proven ability to accurately read and follow blueprints, specifications, and installation manuals
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license
  • Possess basic hand tools to properly perform job requirements
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
