Job description
Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for a Human Resources Compliance Specialist opportunity for our customer in Oak Ridge, TN for the Y-12 National Security Complex.

Position Overview:
Perform analysis of retirement plan documents and data contained within the systems to determine compliance with plan documents and Federal Regulations such as USERRA, DOL and IRS.

Qualifications:
•        BA/BS plus minimum of 5 years of direct experience (additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered).
•        Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
•        Must be able to work independently and be active participants in working groups.

Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday-10 hours per day (40 hr/week)
