Job description
This position will provide REVIT modeling support for our Auxiliary Systems team, including device and cabinet placement for Fire Alarm, Telecommunications, Networking, and Emergency Notification designs.

Responsibilities:

• Working with Engineers and Designers to develop and document equipment locations for Fire Alarm, Telecommunications, Networking, and Emergency Notification designs.
• Create Revit Models, Create Revit Families, Place and tag library objects, Create Elevation Drawings with Dimensions, Export Drawings, and Verify Placement of Items in 2D and 3D workspace.
• Provide progress reports and updates on REVIT modeling progress.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of cumulative relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience in Revit MEP. Navisworks experience a plus.

• Microstation V8 a plus as Revit is exported to Microstation.

• Relevant experience with I&C, Aux Systems, or Electrical modeling a plus, but not required.
• Associates Degree in CAD or Engineering Technology a plus, but not required.

• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and effectively with internal and external customers.
