Expected salary range of $126,000 to $140,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Manager, Talent Acquisition ? Early Talent is an integral member of our Talent Acquisition team. This role will manage and develop a team of Early Talent recruiters in a highly complex and high-volume recruiting environment in order to deliver quality candidates for our internship program. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will engage and partner with the COE leads including Workforce Development to ensure a seamless recruiting process and excellent overall candidate experience. Additionally, this role will ensure processes and procedures are developed, implemented, understood, and followed. The Manager, Talent Acquisition leads the development and execution of the Talent Acquisition trainings for the Talent Acquisition team. This includes the creation of off the shelf trainings, troubleshooting, and being lead point of contact for technology initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
