We are currently seeking highly motivated students for Summer Internships for 2026 to work for our Constellation Energy Solutions teams located in multiple locations in the Nashville area.  These paid internships will last approximately 10 weeks from June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026.  As a Summer Intern within our Asset Operations team, you will gain real-world, hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor and technical mentor. Projects may include: 

• Investigating corrosion sources in water systems 

• Boiler System Maintenance Program in preparation for heating season

• Steam Trap Survey and Retrofitting

• Pipe Insulation Audit across chilled water and steam assets

• Spare Parts Inventory Analysis and Optimization
• Plant Performance Guarantee Optimization

Departments Include: 

• District Energy or Central Plant Operations

• Engineering

• Controls and Instrumentation 

• Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate degree?program in Power Plant Technology, Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation & Control Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Process Technology, or related degrees 

• A track record of outstanding academic performance 

• Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment. 

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
