We are currently seeking highly motivated engineering or related discipline students for Summer Internships for 2026 to work for our Power Team located in multiple locations.  These paid internships will last approximately 10 weeks from June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026. Interns will work on specific projects, designed to help them gain real-world, hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor and technical mentor. Historically, intern projects have included:

  • Investigating corrosion sources in water system
  • Innovative options to repair water piping
  • Design change of liquid level instrument in pressure vessel
  • Safety valve maintenance and inspection analysis
  • Installation of wireless amp current meters
  • Aqueous copper removal pilot project

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program for Fall of 2025 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability & Energy, or related degrees.
  • Minimum GPA: 2.8 Cumulative AND 3.0 Major
  • A track record of outstanding academic performance
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
