Expected salary range of $91,800 to $102,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes commission and 401(k).
Location
This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in the United States and be willing to work a corporate, day-shift schedule on Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Time. Up to 15% travel is required, to attend in-person client site and internal team meetings as required by leadership.

This role focuses exclusively on hunting and developing new business opportunities, leveraging Constellation's industry-leading portfolio of electricity, natural gas, and sustainability offerings to help businesses achieve their energy goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a competitive environment, excels at building relationships from the ground up, and is passionate about helping customers navigate the evolving energy landscape.
