Expected salary range of $177,300 to $197,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for oversight, guidance, and support of site leadership teams through assessment, monitoring, mentoring and determination of area rating and trajectory for the functional areas defined in the INPO performance and objective criteria, including leadership effectiveness, team effectiveness management model compliance and overall organizational effectiveness.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Direct fleet assessment teams to conduct observations, develop performance gaps, and document functional area ratings and trajectories in assessment reports. Teams will include fleet assessment personnel, station hosts and external functional area counterparts.
  • Monitor organizational and programmatic issues, performance improvement tools, root cause analyses and identify CAP, HU, and PI related opportunities for improvement.
  • Coach organizational effectiveness and performance recovery to site leadership teams
  • Oversee fleet assessment teams' observations of the functional area performance through periodic document reviews and observations of station meetings and activities. Ensure the assessment teams identify and analyze site performance data and adverse trends using various data streams and document gaps using the approved organizational effectiveness procedures.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in a related field with 10 years' experience in nuclear plant operations, maintenance or support- OR ? Professional certification in a related field (e.g., Senior Reactor Operator) with 12 years applicable experience
  • Minimum of four years of demonstrated experience in utilizing some aspects of the Learning Programs.
  • Previous cross functional Nuclear utility leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with senior station management and clearly communicate issues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in a related field and four years of experience in at least two of the learning program areas.
  • Knowledge and understanding of INPO Conduct of Performance Improvement.
  • Knowledge and experience using CAP and PIIM software applications.
