Expected salary range of $113,400 to $126,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Sr. Services Analyst – Process Improvement will support the execution of the IT Process Improvement (PI) strategy, with a focus on PI cultural engagement and empowerment within the IT Applications organization. This role requires a strategic, creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be able to consult, ideate, present and independently drive the execution of the process improvement strategy committed to improve employee engagement, driving efficiency and reducing waste.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Process Improvement Strategy Execution by aligning PI initiatives with organizational goals, determining measurements for success, and presenting progress to leadership. This includes identifying opportunities to embed continuous improvement into the IT apps culture.
  • Engagement & Community Building by implementing initiatives that increase PI culture visibility and participation across the IT apps community. This includes organizing PI concept awareness and exposure events, fostering a sense of empowerment and shared ownership.
  • Communications & Change Management: developing and delivering clear, compelling communications, presentations and workshops tailored to internal audiences. Creation of simple communications plans using appropriate communication channels, with formats including but not limited to presentations, emails, and community posts on behalf of the team or leadership. 

  • Perform, manage and appropriately document work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners. Lead IT activities required to manage service level agreements. Assist others in planning and prioritizing work and work schedule.
  • Assist in creation of documentation for products and services. Use best practices to improve products and services provided to business unit partners, and monitor adherence within Team/Group to standards as defined within the Management Model
  • Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders
  • Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required
  • Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within own discipline or function

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 5 to 8 years' experience in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proficiency with data analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis ability.
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work with remote project teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage.
  • Familiarity with varied communication formats such as newsletters, posts, podcasts, or video content.
  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification or formal training.
  • Demonstrated success supporting leadership through change management efforts and creation of supporting documentation.
  • Ability to consult, ideate, and lead initiatives from concept through execution.
