Riley Power group, LLC is a full-service maintenance and capital construction services company headquartered in Rock Hill, SC. We work nationwide on some of the most challenging, exciting construction and maintenance projects in the industrial sector. We are currently hiring skilled Electrician for our job in Cumberland City, TN. Overview
A Construction Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites. This role ensures that all electrical work meets safety standards, complies with local and national electrical codes, and supports the successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Install electrical wiring and equipment in compliance with electrical codes.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and construction plans.
Plan layout and installation of electrical systems based on project specifications.
Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for repair.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
Install and maintain lighting systems, power distribution systems, and control systems.
Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.
Ensure all work follows OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
Document completed work and maintain accurate records of installations or repairs.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
One year minimum experience as Journeyman
Proven experience as a construction electrician or in a similar role.
Knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and relevant national/local electrical codes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
Skills
Understanding of electrical theory and systems
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Familiarity with testing tools (multimeters, voltmeters, etc.)
Strong safety awareness
Effective communication and teamwork

Work Authorization Requirements
Must be a citizen of the US, its possessions or territories, or lawful permanent resident as defined by USC 1101(a)(20), or protected individual as defined by USC 1324b(a)(3)
