Expected salary range of $97,200 to $108,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

Supervise the day-to-day warehouse / logistics operations and management of material and equipment distribution between Constellation PowerLabs and clients. This involves the direct supervision of shipping, receiving and warehouse personnel as well as managing inventory control systems associated with the Constellation fleet shared inventory program. Directly supervise PowerLabs Lab Logistics personnel.


Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Establish and Implement processes designed to assure the highest levels of warehouse, supply, and distribution services; including scheduled and emergency/emergent customer requests to support customer reliability and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Supervise warehouse personnel processes that perform, but not limited to: shipping, receiving, inventory control, transportation services, and work management.
  • Supervise Lab Assistants in performing various laboratory support duties.
  • Manage the Constellation fleet Just-in-Time Shared Inventory Program.
  • Establish and implement client shipping schedules to effectively align inventory management processes with PowerLabs various facilities and customers.
  • Support achievement of PowerLabs key performance metrics for customer fulfillment.
  • All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Department duty coverage and/or call out and positions outside of department in support of emergent activities etc.)


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear), Science, or related field with 5 years of related experience OR
  • Current or Previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR
  • Associate's degree in Business, Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear), Science, or related field with 7 years of related experience OR
  • High school diploma/GED and 8 years of related experience
  • Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience
  • Warehouse management
  • Supply Chain management
  • Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  • Working knowledge of the Inventory Control and Fleet Logistics
