Expected salary range of $113,400 to $126,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Sr. Services Analyst ? Employee Engagement leads the IT Applications employee engagement program?aligning initiatives to business goals, defining success measures, and reporting progress to leadership. The role designs and delivers engagement events/opportunities and development activities, builds clear leadership communications and change messaging, supports engagement forums, and manages SharePoint resources and community channels (Teams/Viva Engage, etc.).

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform, manage and appropriately document work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners. Lead IT activities required to manage service level agreements. Assist others in planning and prioritizing work and work schedule.
  • Assist in creation of documentation for products and services. Use best practices to improve products and services provided to business unit partners, and monitor adherence within Team/Group to standards as defined within the Management Model
  • Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders
  • Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required
  • Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within own discipline or function
  • Strategy: Own the employee engagement strategy with support from leadership by aligning initiatives to organizational goals, defining success metrics, and reporting progress to leadership. 
  • Engagement Forums Oversight: Support engagement committees and forums (including all-hands) by providing coordination, guidance, and follow-through on actions and deliverables. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across stakeholder groups to maximize employee engagement and development opportunities, and build strong relationships with internal partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.  

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 5 to 8 years experience in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proficiency with data analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis ability.
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work with remote project teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Communications & Change Management: Create executive-ready communications and presentations; build simple communication plans; and select the right channels to deliver messages on behalf of the team and leadership. 
  • Engagement Building: Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen engagement, employee development, and culture (e.g., volunteer events, roadshows, trainings, lunch and learn). 
  • SharePoint Management: Design, maintain, and enhance the SharePoint site, including publishing and organizing team-developed resources. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. 
  • Proven experience supporting or delivering culture transformation initiatives. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations. 
  • Experience developing and executing engagement strategies and action plans. 
  • Skilled in organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, events and team activities. 
  • Familiarity with change management practices and the creation of supporting documentation. 
  • Ability to consult, ideate, and take ownership of initiatives from concept through execution. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Works independently and collaboratively?as part of a cross-functional team.
