Expected salary range of $120,600 to $134,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

This position is responsible for the design and governance of enterprise talent processes, assessments, and inclusion focused practices that enable fair, effective hiring and employee development. The role ensures that skills architecture, assessment strategies, and employee transition experiences are aligned to business needs, grounded in data, compliant with regulatory standards, and consistently applied across the organization. Through disciplined project management, change leadership, and strong process governance, this position drives quality and continuous improvement across the talent lifecycle.


Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Ensure work and enterprise talent processes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with high quality outcomes and business strategy, continuously improving frameworks to drive consistency and effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives from concept through implementation, establishing clear milestones, anticipating risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts.
  • Ensure new processes, programs, and technologies are effectively operationalized by driving behavior change and long term value realization.
  • Govern pre-employment testing, including structure, maintenance, data analysis, and continuous improvement to ensure efficacy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Use data, insights, and trend analysis to inform decisions and recommendations and communicates complex ideas clearly to leaders and cross functional stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • 8 years of experience in workforce planning, pre-employment testing, and talent management processes
  • Experience with leadership assessment design, validation, and program execution
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution across multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams working on complex projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication skills and vendor relations
  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in industrial organizational psychology, leadership, or a related field
