Summary of Responsibilities
Stores, manages, and maintains ETC and ETC USA classified and un-classified documents, while ensuring the accuracy and quality of them. Processes documents for revision and approval and organizes documents from conception to distribution and filing.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or HISET
1 year of experience working in a document control field.
Must be able to work with procedures of a varied or diversified nature.
Preferred Qualifications
An Associates degree or equivalent from an accredited 2 year college or technical school
3+ years of experience working in a document control fiel
Experience working with classified and unclassified documentation is a plus

Work Environment
: This job operates in a professional office environment with some potential for radiological exposure expectations of < 100mrem/year. General office, plant/production with low light, confined spaces, near moving parts, radiation, risk of electrical shock, chemicals, vibration, outdoor with extreme cold, heat, wet or dry conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
Primary Functions
Manage all applicable ETC Management System documents supporting series production assembly and installation of TC21 and TC12 centrifuges.
Implement the ETC TC21 and TC12 centrifuge Reference Design as it applies to series production.
Apply ETC factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, and manufacturing qualification program requirements in support of commissioning TC21 and TC12 assembly and installation equipment, processes, and tooling.
Perform the duties of a radiation and chemical worker employing sound radiological and chemical work practices to minimize the spread of contamination and generation of contaminated waste and ensure that work is performed in a manner such that the radiation dose received is ?as low as reasonably achievable? (ALARA).
Essential Skills
Excellent organizational skills is a must.
The ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
Excellent communication and reading and writing skills. Must be able to read, comprehend and follow detailed technical instructions and adhere to procedures as written.
The ability to use MS Office applications.
The ability to apply a deep understanding of key technical methods, designs, concepts and processes essential for ensuring the robust and high-performance output of ETC TC21 and TC12 centrifuges and cascades.
Experience developing and maintaining a comprehensive set of technical procedures and process diagrams supporting daily shop floor centrifuge assembly and installations steps and processes.
Must be willing to achieve qualification as an Authorized Derivative Classifier and have the ability to perform associated duties implementing classification guide CG-LCP-4A as it applies to the classification of centrifuge component parts.
