Expected salary range of $124,200 to $138,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provide support for the development of key aspects of the transformation and continuous improvement of the Commercial organization through the effective development and execution of organizational and business assessments, merger and acquisition integrations and on-going continuous improvement initiatives. The role will work closely and collaboratively with both senior leaders and front line business personnel and corporate functions to plan and execute these initiatives and provide timely and accurate communication of status and issues. Leveraging and extending the transformation and integration process, the position will utilize methods and tools to drive and enable on-going O&M cost reductions and year-over-year productivity improvements across the enterprise. The position will also support the continuous improvement of the processes and overall program by capturing lessons learned and incorporating best practices.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • While partnering closely with each business area, execute integration initiatives and enable each business area to achieve its target synergies and performance objectives
  • Support and enable the development of the transformation and continuous improvement of the Commercial organization through organizational and business assessments.
  • Continuously improve the business to achieve a production state of process maturity and support the development of transformation and continuous improvement as an Exelon core competency

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelors degree with a related major (business, operations, engineering/technical)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in support projects, teams and/or initiatives in a technically and operationally complex business
  • Experience in executing continuous improvement/Lean/six sigma efforts and enabling efficiency, effectiveness and tangible financial benefit
  • Hands-on and demonstrated experience with continuous improvement programs including employment of lean and/or six sigma tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrated successful project management experience and acumen
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience with effective Change Management development and execution
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven capability in developing Power Point presentations to various levels within an organization including executives
  • Able to travel to Constellation locations. Estimate 25%

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Lean or Six Sigma certification
  • MBA
  • Project management certification
