Starting pay rate $26.43/hr. (Non-Negotiable)

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

With general supervision, perform a variety of common and specialized administrative tasks in support of power plant or related activities.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work assignments may involve operation of various office equipment required to complete assigned tasks.
  • Utilizes independent judgment and analysis for the coordination and monitoring of specific project/tasks.
  • Perform any of the clerical duties assigned to Administrative Specialists at all pay levels, and to assist in their training or the training of others in this series.
  • Will be required to support the Emergency Response Organization as needed.
  • Duties may be of a varied nature or dedicated to a specialized function.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree or certificate of completion of formal program in related discipline or the equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience, along with a minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience required.
  • Must initially demonstrate and maintain proficiency in computer software and office equipment, and the ability to quickly learn Company specific systems and software. Proficiency may be demonstrated through a Company validated test.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, and interact with other departments in connection with job duties.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Meet Site Requirements. NOTE 1: Any modification mandated by law or regulation enacted by a governmental agency that affects either the duties or qualifications of this position will become part of this job specification.
