Now hiring experienced Facilities Maintenance Laborers at Nuclear Enrichment in Eunice, NM for Short Term Project work.

PAY RATE: $17.00/HR-$22.00/HR
Locals only, NO per diem or travel is offered

Job Description/Duties:

• Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing outdoor spaces across property.
• Perform routine groundskeeping tasks and general facilities maintenance (i.e., mowing, trimming, edging, raking, and weeding).
• Maintain and clean outdoor areas such as walkways, parking lots, lawns, gardens and fences.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment (i.e., mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.).
• Perform minor exterior repairs and assist with seasonal duties (i.e., snow removal, leaf collection, etc.).
• Monitor grounds for safety hazards and maintenance needs reporting issues promptly.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various types of weather conditions.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

• 18+ years of age with a strong focus on grounds and maintenance.
• Pass a nuclear background check and drug screening.
• High School diploma or GED.
