We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
This job posting will fulfill for an Associate Sourcing/Sourcing/Sr. Sourcing Specialist (to be filled at the level commensurate with the selected candidates experience) supporting services procurement for Power Generation and Nuclear operations at the Innsbrook, VA office. The positions will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate?s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Buyers will purchase and manage moderately complex PO's and Agreements for a range of services in support of Power Generation and Nuclear operations. Issues request for proposals with complex pricing tables. Expectations require cradle to grave sourcing to include competitive bid facilitation, working with groups such as Legal, Auditing, Corporate Risk, and Tax regarding negotiation of terms and conditions, purchase order award, invoice discrepancies, and supplier management. Work on special projects and initiatives to meet departmental objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Associate Sourcing Specialist: 0 - 2 years related experience.
Sourcing Specialist - In addition to the above experience, the Sourcing Specialist must also have: 2+ years related experience.
Senior Sourcing Specialist: 5+ years related experience. In addition to the above experience, the Senior Sourcing Specialist must also have:

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Disciplines: Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management
Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
