Expected salary range of $108,000 to $120,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
The Principal I, Retail Operations is responsible for maintaining advanced knowledge of business applications, processes, and retail energy markets to support the effective operation of Retail systems and workflows. This role coordinates system operations, monitors data integrity and flow, and ensures the accuracy and efficiency of internal processes while supporting continuous improvement and innovation. This position serves as a subject matter expert and key liaison to Commercial business segments, applying deep understanding of industry practices, utility and market rules, tariffs, and regulatory requirements. The role leads department initiatives and contributes expertise to large scale, cross functional projects and complex operational activities. The Principal I analyzes large and complex data sets, performs impact assessments, and provides insights that support strategic decision making across the Retail portfolio, while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
