- This individual will be the single point of contact for an assigned group of Power Lab customers. This individual will be a proactive advocate for customer care and support. This individual will develop and maintain relations with our customers that exceed their expectations (state purpose of this element and how it will be measured). This individual will assist/support in setting and achieving Customer Care improvement initiatives. This individual must be a strong team player (give reason why must be a strong team player)

- Single point of contact for customer interface with Exelon Power Labs. Develops and maintains relations by proactively advocating for customer care and support.
- Review, update and process customer requests for services, parts, or calibrations that are being outsourced. Create purchase orders with vendors assuring appropriate language, quality and technical specifications are captured. Negotiate for best pricing and turn around from vendors and insure timely updates on equipment that is delayed.
- Handle routine RFQs, provide price quotes and commit to due dates for routine calibrations and repairs. Answer routine questions on technical capabilities and order or project status.
- Interface with clients on cost, scrapping and repair decisions and provide proper tracking accountability and expediting of required equipment, projects, repairs and procurement. When needed schedule pick-up and deliveries to clients.
- Coordinate and schedule onsite calibration of customer equipment.
- Responsible for working with Exelon Nuclear plants to ensure equipment availability for outages
- Aides in the retention of current services provided to our clients and seek and relay opportunities for new business to the management team.


- High school degree with one to three years experience in technical area, sales or customer interface.
- Demonstrated excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills. Computer literate ( define computer skills. Literacy can vary depending on user or software) with good data entry skills.
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills with availability as a 24 hour a day point of contact for client responsiveness.
- Associate Degree in Business
- Six months of procurement experience
- Experience with work management systems such as LABIGATOR


- This position requires an individual that can act as a liaison between the client, production, shipping and receiving and also external vendors. This individual must be responsive to the client and be customer care advocate to assure customer satisfaction and retention. This individual must have excellent interpersonal skills and work as a strong team member to support other CCS when needed.
