The pay may not be specified for several reasons:

The job posting is confidential until communication is initiated between the Job seeker and the Employer.

The job has been posted nationally and applicants will be evaluated based on their geographic location.

The job refers to multiple positions with multiple salary ranges.

The pay is negotiable based on experience and location.

The contract for the job may not have been awarded, and the employer dosen't know what pay scale will win the bid.
