In my experience not even an average employee supportive company. Employees refer to it as "First Enemy" Approximately 2 years ago FE cut workers wages 5% for 2 months and during raise time told employees they didnt have little money but suddenly acquired Allegheny Energy in a merger shortly afterwards.......just an example.

Last I heard, Atlantic had the contract for the First Energy plants. Although, there may be someone who has a back-up that I don't know about.
