PALISADES LODGING
1, 2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments in South Haven, MI.  8 miles from Palisades.  Confortable and reasonable.

For RV parking, try Mitchell Brothers (North on Bluestar <5 miles from the plant) or House of David in Benton Harbor (Empire Ave north of 94). Both are relatively inexpensive, Mitchell bros. is a trailer park but will rent spots for RVs. House of David is less developed but is cheap (250/mo. incl. electric)

When I first came to Palisades I stayed at the Motel 6 in Beton Harbor.  It was then and still is 29.99 a night.  It was clean and nice.  BUT, I found out that Motel 6 is owned by a french company-- Never Again.

Mitchell Bros. Mobile Home Park
75641 16th Ave.
South Haven, Mi  49090

Mostly mobile homes, but there are a few spaces for RVs.  More new RV spaces were being added this past summer.  Very reasonable rates for this area.  Very nice folks to deal with.  Located about 3 miles north of the plant entrance on Blue Star Memorial Highway, and 3 miles south of South Haven.  Great place to stay.

Check out Jensen's or Cousin's Campgrounds in South Haven for seasonal rates.  Sunnybrook RV Resort if you want more upscale/amentities.  There's also a KOA in Covert.

We rent private residencies via www.aweekinsouthhaven.com but none have full hookups nor would local ordinances allow long term rental of space for fifth wheel.

You might also consider: South Haven Campground on Phoenix Road 3 miles east of town (new) or Singing Sands on 74th Street - 2 miles north of South Haven on the lake (established) or Mitchell Trailer Park  - closest to the plant (established).
Gets cold here early but you already knew that.

Hotel Nichols has rooms as well as apartments that are very low in price.  The  apartments are huge !  You can check it out online: www.hotelnichols.com.  Look at the pics. They re-open in March or so.   Give them a call.  They have Palisades guys stay for a whole winter one year.  It is right across from the South Haven movie theater.    1-269-637-8725

property which is approximately 1250 feet from waterline separated by
woods and other properties.

Modern kitchen is equiped with dishwasher, fridge, stove, washer and
