Happy-Ours Cottage is a 1800 sq. ft single family home that has four bedrooms and two full baths.
It was built in the 1924 and was one of the original cottages of the north side resort community.
We have made extensive renovations and restorations to capture the feel of relaxation and fun for
your stay in South Haven!

We have a long driveway that can accommodate up to four vehicles. We are located 600 ft. from
Lake Michigan and three city blocks from the downtown area. We have a quiet neighborhood, which

Walk for an hour on the beach or browse thru town with its unique shops and restaurants.
The cottage is located on the exclusive north side of town, approx 1/4 mile from Downtown South Haven.

Looking for great places to stay?  We have two homes on the south side of South Haven.  We are three blocks from town and three blocks to the beach. 

Cute Southside Home is a two bedroom, one bath home.  The house is very well equipped and the only thing you need to bring is yourselves.  There is a fairly large fenced yard. 

Historical Southside Home is a four bedroom, two bath home with a sauna and whirlpool tub.  This house also has a fenced yard and also equipped with everything that you would need.

Both homes are pet friendly.  Rates start at $1,000 per month.

I think Cedar crest has Palisades mixed up with DC Cook.  DC Cook is about 5 miles south of Stevensville while Palisades is about 20 miles north.

This tastefully furnished home is located 1.5 blocks (600 ft.) from sugar, sandy Lake Michigan public access beach & three blocks from downtown South Haven. Happy-Ours Cottage is a 1800 sq. ft single family home that has four bedrooms and two full baths.

$500 is the weekly rate for three people.  $600 per week for four people.  This is a great deal since summer rates are $1725 a week and you should still be able to swim through the end of October in Lake Michigan, (we usually do)!

We include Cable, Internet Access and TV's.  Fully Furnished.  We do provide clean sheets.  Cleaning service included.  We do not have laundry facilities on site but there is a great laundry mat in town...quick and clean!  Please visit our website for more pictures and contact us for more information.
