We are extremely pleased to welcome our newest grandaughter, Althea Clare. Althea weighed 9 lbs and 11 oz and was 21 inches long. She is a beautiful and contented baby and we love her dearly. I will attempt to post photos tommorow.

Thank you all for the comments. We are indeed blessed as we have two precious granddaughters to spend our time with. Dorie already loves Althea and we can't wait for them to become older and spend more time together.

Althea and Mommy are home from hospital and I am still here (Hilton Head) for a while longer. I uploaded a photo here on my nukeworker pictures so you can all take a first peak of Althea Clare.

I am sure Tom remembers, but I wanted to explain her middle name... my family came from County Clare, Irleand back in the 1840's and this is Becki and Corey's way of remembering where Althea's roots began.

Love to all in this New Year.

Hey all, thought I'd post a couple new photos of Althea, and while I was at it a couple of Dorie too.
